Overview

We'll be focusing on improving your venue presentation skills and learning some simple but effective sales techniques.  There will be lots of opportunity to practice new found skills with industry specific scenarios.

This course has been developed as a result of feedback received during the 2019 HBAA Forum.

  • To be able to identify customer needs effectively
  • Confidently and persuasively pitch their venue to the customer's specific needs
  • Stand out from the competition
  • Know how to build upselling and closing techniques into the appointment without coming across as "pushy"
  • Understand how to include the agent in the appointment
  • Create an individual action plan that boosts personal sales performance

Target Audience

Members of the team who routinely carry out customer site inspections, showorunds and fam trips.  This could be members of the M & E team, sales people and duty managers
