Overview

Contrary to popular belief you need more than just a great personality to be a top sales person!

Whether you're new to sales or have been selling for a while, your success can be improved by learning proven sales techniques. Research into what makes sales people effective highlighted a consistent approach.  This course breaks down that process and teaches delegates how to follow a structured approach.  In addition, it focuses on the core skills needed by sales people.  The theory taught on the course is re-enforced through plenty of practical exercises and role-plays.
